针刺对戊四唑致痫大鼠海马神经元超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的观察针刺对戊四唑诱发癫痫大鼠海马神经元损伤的保护作用。方法将SD大鼠72只随机分为模型组、针刺组、正常组。正常组腹腔注射0.9%氯化钠注射液(2 mL)、其余各组腹腔注射戊四唑(50 mg/kg),于注射后4 h与24 h两个时间段取脑组织。分别于光镜下和电镜下观察海马结构改变。结果癫痫发作后4 h光镜、电镜均可见大鼠海马神经元损伤,24 h后损伤进一步加重;针刺组大鼠海马神经元损伤明显减轻。结论针刺具有明显保护癫痫继发脑神经元损伤作用。

Effect of Acupuncture on Ultrastructure of Hippocampal Neurons in Rats with Pentylenetetrazol-induced Epilepsy

Abstract:Objective:To observe the protection of acupuncture on hippocampal neurons injury in rats with epilepsy induced by pentylenetetrazol.Methods:72 SD rats were randomly divided into the epilepsy model group,the acupuncture treatment group and the normal group.Rats of normal group were intraperitoneally injected with the 2 mL of normal sodium.The rest of rats were intraperitoneally injected PTZ with 50 mg/kg.At 4 h and 24 h after injection,the 2 time periods of rats brain tissue were observed under microscope and electron microscope to get the message of changes in the hippocampal formation.Results:At 4 h after seizure,rats hippocampal neurons injury was seen under microscopy and electron microscopy.At 24 h after seizure,the injury was further,hippocampal neurons injury was significantly reduced in acupuncture group.Conclusion:Acupuncture has obvious protective effect of epilepsy secondary to neuronal damage.
