| 摘 要： | 目的 观察桃核承气汤对肾小球硬化大鼠肾功能的影响.方法 采用5/6肾切除法建立肾小球硬化大鼠模型,4周后按血肌酐水平将造模大鼠分为模型组,高、低剂量组和福辛普利(蒙诺)组,连续观察给药后各组大鼠肾功能变化情况.结果 模型组大鼠肾功能持续下降,血肌酐、尿素氮持续升高,各治疗组与模型组比较有不同程度下降.结论 桃核承气汤可改善模型大鼠肾功能,延缓肾小球硬化进展.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Taohechengqi Decoction on the renal function in rat model of glomerulosclerosis.Methods:The rat model of glomerulosclerosis was established from 5/6 nephrectomy.4 weeks later,these rats were randomly divided into the model group,the low dose group,the high dose group and the fosinopril group.After Taohechengqi Decotion and fosinopril was orally administered for 8 weeks,BUN and Scr in these groups were determined.Results:As compared with normal group,the BUN and Scr in the model group were significantly increased.There were some obvious reduces in these treatment groups and model group about those indices.Conclusion:Taohechengqi Decoction can improve the the renal function and suppress fibrosis development of rats. |
