摘    要:目的建立分光光度法测定桑元止渴胶囊中多糖含量的方法。方法采用分光光度法,以无水葡萄糖为对照,桑元止渴胶囊样品和对照品在苯酚、硫酸作用下显色,室温放置30 min,波长485 nm处测定吸光度。结果多糖浓度在13.65~95.55 mg·L-1范围内,吸光度与其浓度呈线性关系,回归方程A=0.0112 C+0.0231,r=0.9994。结论分光光度法可以用于桑元止渴胶囊多糖的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method of determination of polysaccharides in Sangyuan Zhike capsule by spectrophotometric method.Methods Spectrophotometry was used with anhydrous glucose as reference substance.Sangyuan Zhike capsule and reference substance were treated under the action of phenol-sulphuric acid at room temperature for 30 min,and absorbance(A) was determined at a wavelength of 485 nm.Results The linear relationship was good when the sugar concentration ranged from 13.65 to 95.55 mg · L-1.The regression equation A=0.0112C+0.0231,r=0.9994.Conclusion The spectrophotometric method can be used in the determination of polysaccharides in Sangyuan Zhike capsule.
