重症肌无力中西医结合治疗思路探讨

重症肌无力(MG)是一累及神经肌肉接头处突触后膜上乙酰胆碱受体的自身免疫性疾病,并发症多、病死率较高,目前西医治疗只可暂时缓解临床症状,不能根治,且副作用较大、不能长期使用;中医药治疗对于病情稳定、轻型MG患者疗效较好,但于重症或危象患者不可单用,对此,本文拟对中西医结合治疗MG进行探讨研究,以资为提高临床疗效提供治疗思路.

Discussion on the Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on Myasthenia Gravis

Myasthenia gravis(mysasthenia gravis,MG) was one involving the neuromuscular junction postsynaptic membrane acetylcholine receptors in autoimmune disease.It was more complications and high mortality.The existing western medicine can only temporarily relieved symptoms.However,this therapy was no cure,side effects and not long-term use.The efficacy of TCM treatment was better for MG patients with stable and light conditions,but it was no single for MG cases in severe and crisis condition.The paper provided to improve the clinical efficacy of providing treatment ideas on the treatment of MG in integrative Chinese and western medicine.
