中药对急性冠脉综合征患者血清SCD40L、hs-CRP水平的影响

目的观察急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者可溶性CD40配体(sCD40L)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化及中药对其影响。方法将ACS患者随机分为治疗组(中药治疗组)和对照组(常规治疗组),比较治疗前后各组血清sCD40L、hs-CRP水平变化。结果两组治疗后sCD40L、hs-CRP均明显降低,治疗组下降幅度较对照组大,但差异无统计学意义;治疗组治疗后痰阻心脉证、心脉不通证、寒凝心脉证组和气阴两虚证sCD40L、hs-CRP均降低,阳气虚衰证无明显降低。结论中药治疗可降低ACS患者血清sCD40L及hs-CRP水平,不同证型,疗效有差异,辨证分型选择中药及其重要。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Herb on sCD40L and hs-CRP in Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective:To observe traditional Chinese medicine herb on the serum soluble segmeng of CD40 ligand(sCD40L) and the hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in paitents with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:40 patients with ACS were randomly divided into the treatment group of 20 patents with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group of 20 patients with conventional treatment.Contents of sCD40L and hs-CRP in serum were measured and compared in 2 groups.Results:These levels of serum sCD40L and hs-CRP after treatment were lower obviously than those before treatment.After therapy,levels of serum sCD40L and hs-CRP were decreased significantly in the phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome,the heart vessel obstruction syndrome,the cold stagnation in heart channel syndrome and the deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome.There was no significant decrease in the yang-qi deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine can decrease the serum levels of sCD40L and hsCRP in patients of ACS.The different TCM syndrome showed different effects.
