摘    要:目的利用近红外光谱技术建立一种快速鉴别麦冬药材产地的新方法。方法收集4个产地126批麦冬样品,采集其近红外光谱图,采用判别分析法通过优化光谱预处理条件和主成分数,建立药材鉴别模型。结果建立的模型鉴别准确率达到98.4%。结论利用近红外光谱技术可准确、快速鉴别麦冬产地。

Abstract:Objective To establish a new quick method of identifying the habitat of Ophiopogon Japonicus.Methods Diffuse reflectance spectra of Ophiopogon Japonicus from different habitats were collected and identified by discriminant analysis.Results The precise rate of this model was 98.4%.Conclusion NIRS method,quick and accurate,can be used for identification and quality control of Ophiopogon Japonicus.
