| 摘 要： | 血管内皮生长因子和色素上皮细胞衍生因子是目前发现的作用最强的角膜新生血管形成促进因子和抑制因子。而新生血管和眼前段炎症反应是角膜植片发生免疫排斥反应的2个主要诱发因素。本文就角膜新生血管形成过程中,血管内皮生长因子和色素上皮细胞衍生因子的表达与炎症反应的相关性作一综述。

| Abstract: | Vascular endothelial growth factor and pigment epithelium-derived factor are most enhancing factor and strongest inhibitory factor of corneal neovascularization(CNV)at present.CNV and eye anterior segment inflammatory reaction are two inducing factors of immunological rejection.This review summarized the correlation between expressions of VEGF and PEDF and inflammatory reaction cluring neovascularization. |
