盐酸米诺环素软膏与甲硝唑棒治疗牙周脓肿的疗效比较

目的　比较2 %盐酸米诺环素软膏(PERIOCLINE ,派丽奥)与甲硝唑棒(牙康)治疗牙周脓肿的临床疗效,及对牙周可疑致病菌的清除作用。方法　选择牙周脓肿患者14例,14颗探诊深度≥4mm、探诊后出血的牙周脓肿患牙,随机分成试验组(派丽奥治疗组) 8颗,对照组(牙康治疗组) 6颗。观察用药前及用药后7、14和2 1d牙周临床指标菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、探诊深度(PD)、探诊出血(BOP)的变化和龈下附着菌斑中螺旋体、球菌、杆菌百分比以及非附着菌斑中卟啉单胞菌、普氏菌、二氧化碳噬纤维菌等牙周可疑致病菌百分比的变化。结果　试验组和对照组在用药前各项牙周临床指标和微生物学指标差异均无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。用药后,两组绝大部分牙周临床指标和微生物学指标均较用药前改善(P <0 .0 5 ) ,但两组间差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论　派丽奥与牙康均是治疗牙周脓肿有效、安全的局部治疗药物,两者的疗效差异无显著性。

Comparison between effects of Periocline and Yakang on treatment of periodontal abcess

Objective To compare the clinical effects of 2 available periodontal systems for local delivery of antibiotics.Methods 14 target sites from 14 patients with periodontal abcess (PD≥4 mm) were selected. 14 sites were randomly divided into two groups (the test group and the control group). The target sites in the test group were applied with Periocline (2% minocycline hydrochoride ointment), while the ones in control group were applied with Yakang (local metronidazole). The data of the clinical indices and microbiological parameters were collected at the baseline, during the therapy, at the 7th day and after the therapy, at the 14th day, and at the 21st day.Results At the baseline, the average of each clinical index and microbiological parameter between two groups was not different (P>0.05). There were significant differences after the treatment, compared with baseline in both groups (P<0.05),while there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Both Periocline and Yakang are effective and secure local delivery drugs for treating periodontal abscess.
