扶正解毒颗粒抗镍暴露肝损伤31例临床研究

摘    要:目的:研究扶正解毒颗粒抗镍暴露肝损伤的临床疗效及其对血镍、肝功能、血象、心电图、B超、X线的影响.方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组31例采用扶正解毒颗粒合用门冬氨酸钾镁、促肝细胞生长素治疗;对照组29例仅用门冬氨酸钾镁、促肝细胞生长素治疗,疗程均为4周.观察血清镍、肝功能及血象、心电图等变化.结果:治疗组临床疗效、降镍作用、肝功能、异常血象、X线、B超及心电图的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:扶正解毒颗粒具有显著抗镍暴露肝损伤的作用.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Granule(FJG)on hepatic injury induced by nickel exposure, and effects on serum nickel content,liver functions,blood cell,electrocardiogram,and findings of B-ultrasonography and X-ray. Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(n=31)and control group(n=29).The treatment group were treated with FJG combined with potassium-magnesium aspartate and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor,and the control group only with potassium-magnesium aspartate and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor.All of them were treated for 4 weeks.Changes of above indexes were investigated.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in the therapeutic effect on symptoms and signs,and in the improvement of the above indexes(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:FJG plays a significant role in antagonizing hepatic injury induced by nickel exposure.
