全胃切除间置空肠改良空肠代胃术60例报告

目的探讨减少全胃切除术后并发症、提高患者生活质量的方法。方法对60例患者行全胃切除并淋巴结扩清后行间置空肠代胃术。结果本术式优点为:(1)抗返流作用强;(2)有类似胃腔的储存功能;(3)保持消化道的连续性;(4)可保留部分运动及消化功能。结论本术式术后并发症少,胆汁返流发生率低,患者生活质量明显提高。

Hodified jejunum interposition substituting stomach following total gastrectomy: A Report of 60 Cases

Objective To reduce the postoperative complication and improve the life quality of patients undergoing total gestrectomy.Methods The stomach was substituted with modified interposition with jejunum following total gastrectomy.Results Advantages:(1)potent anti-reflux effect;(2)reserve function similar to gastric cavity;(3)keeping continuity of digestive system;(4)rataining part function of movement and digestion.Conclusion The new method of gastric reconstruction has the advantages of less postoperative complications,low bile reflux rate and good life quality.
