摘    要:[目的]了解室内空气中有机污染浓度对人体生理功能的影响。[方法]选择新装修三星宾馆、装修一年的二星宾馆、无装修的招待所,以学校教室作为对照,测定室内有机污染物,并对在此环境下工作不超过一个月的人员进行神经行为功能核心测试(NCTB),分析它们之间的关系,以确定室内空气中有机污染浓度对人体生理功能的影响。[结果]室内空气有机污染物可造成人体神经行为功能损害,污染物浓度越高则神经行为功能越差。[结论]建议降低现有《公共场所卫生标准》中规定的公共场所甲醛限量水平。

Abstract:To understand the influence of indoor air pollution by organic compounds on human health. Three kinds of rooms (three stars hotel with newly decorated, two stars hotel with decorated one year ago and the rooms with none decorated) and the classrooms in university were selected and the room air pollution by organic compounds were measured. The neurobehavioral core test battery(NCTB) was carried out for the people who were working in the environment for less than 1 month in order to analyze the relationship between the changing of NCTB and the levels of indoor air pollution. The damage of never behavior function resulted from indoor air pollution and was increasing with the pollution level of organic compounds. [Conclusion] It is suggested that the limit of HCHO in "Hygienic Standard for Public Place" should be changed to a lower level.
