| 摘 要： | <正> L615白血病模型自建立以来,在国内已广泛应用于抗癌药物的筛选、实验治疗及肿瘤发病机理等方面的研究,但病理学方面的报道较少。我们为了观察此白血病的发病和病变发展规律以及白血病细胞的分化程度,进行了此实验,作为将来研究L615白血病细胞恶性度转变的基础。

| Abstract: | The incidence, survival time and the development of lesion in mice with L615 leukemia and the ultrastructure of leukemic cells were investigated. L615 leukemia developed in all the mice after subcutaneous injection of 3-4×106 cells, with the median survival time of 6.3 days. Spleen weight increased with the progress of the leukemia,The blood vessels in various organs appeared to be the center of the lesion from which leukemic cells spread out.Leukemic cells,forming small foci at the early stage, gradually extended and replaced the surrounding normal tissues ultimately. L615 leukemia is a highly malignant disease with rapid infiltration of various organs,mainly spleen,lymph nodes,bone marrow,thymus,liver and lung.Suhmicroscopid study showed that L615 leukemic cells were less differentiated,actively proliferating and highly malignant cells.
