| 摘 要： | 目的：通过观察神经胶质瘤中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达状况,探讨VEGF在神经胶质瘤中的表达特点及其与肿瘤恶性进展的关系.方法：采用免疫组化二步法对恶性度不同的神经胶质瘤石蜡标本中VEGF进行检测.结果：在57例胶质瘤中32例观查到了VEGF蛋白表达.VEGF阳性表达在星形细胞瘤、间变性星形细胞瘤和多形性胶质母细胞瘤中分别为36.8%、57%和73%.结论：VEGF是一种能反映胶质瘤恶性度的客观指标,并且也是一种比形态学更为敏感的能反映胶质瘤恶性进展的生物学指标.VEGF表达高低,可间接作为胶质瘤向周围脑组织侵袭和扩散的参考指标. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To examine the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in human gliomas and to investigate its orrelation with gliomas histopathologic types.Methods:Fifty seven cases human gliomas were exmined with immunohistochemical staining for VEGF.Results:VEGF protein expression was detected in 32 of 57 human gliomas.VEGF expression was positive in 36.8% of astrocytomas,57% of anaplastic astrocytomas and 73% of glioblastomas.Conclusion:VEGF is an independent index of maligment degree of gliomas and an important cause leading to maligmant progression of gliomas.VEGF expression can takey as an indirect index that gliomas diffuse. |
