| 摘 要： | 本实验结果表明下丘脑后核（ＰＨＮ）是参与大豆皂甙（Ｔｓ）对中枢升压作用的主要核团之一。向ＰＨＮ内注入阿托品可减弱Ｔｓ在ＰＨＮ中的升压作用，这是通过激活Ｍ受体引起的。

| Abstract: | Occlusion of the common carotid
arteries(CAO ) in tirethane anaesthetized rats e-voked a potentiated respomse。 Injection of
soyasaponin into PHN strengthened the capability of CAO reflex,and the pressor response
induced by CAO was potentiated by soyasaponin, But the potentiation of pressor eftect induced
by CAO after soyasaponin injection into PHN was weak- ened by atropine injection into PHN
formerly.It indicated that cardiovascular reflex from carotid sinus might be involyed in the
central pressor effect of soyasapoi1in。 |
