抗焦虑药物多塞平对蒙诺降压效果的影响

目的　通过抗焦虑治疗干预焦虑情绪 ,增加蒙诺的降血压效果。方法　选取合并焦虑症状的高血压病人共 86例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,两组病人均服用蒙诺 ,治疗组同时加服抗焦虑药物多塞平 ,观察用药前后的血压变化。结果　治疗组与对照组相比 ,病人血压下降显著 ,P <0 0 5。结论　焦虑情绪可能影响抗高血压药物的降压效果 ,而通过抗焦虑治疗可提高蒙诺的降压疗效。

Influences of Dosepin to the Antihypertensive Effect of Fosenopril

Objective The aim is to increase the antihypertensive effect of fosenopril through adding antianxiety therapy to interfere anxious emotions Methods 86 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into therapeutic and control groups both groups were given fosenopril The former group was added dosepin,and the blood pressure was monitored thoroughly Results The blood pressure in the therapeutic group was lowered significantly in contrast with the control group.( P <0 05).Conclusions The decompression result of antihypertensive drugs can be affected by the anxious emotion,and the antihypertensive effect of fosenopri may be rised by adding antianxiety agents
