断指再植术后放血疗法的护理

目的探讨断指再植术后应用放血疗法的护理经验和体会。方法回顾分析本院2008年1月～2009年1月25例38指断指再植术后应用放血疗法的过程和护理。结果25例(38指)再植指中成活36指,坏死2指,成活率达95%。结论放血疗法是解决断指再植静脉回流障碍的有效方法,密切观察再植指体的血运,做好放血疗法和局部护理,同时加强基础护理,对再植指的成活和功能恢复有重要意义。

THE APPLICATION AND NURSING OF PRICKING BLOOD THERAPY FOR FINGER REPLANTATION

Objective To explore the applications of pricking blood therapy after finger replantation. Methods Review 25 cases of finger replantations during January 2008 to January 2009. Results 36 out of the 38 operated fingers survived; 2 fingers were necrosis; the survival rate was 95%. Conclusion Pricking blood therapy is an effective solution of venous return obstruction. In order to make the fingers survive and get their use back, we should give intensive observation to blood circulation ,make sure the pricking blood therapy and give local and basic nursing. It is important to recover.
