摘    要:目的:借用声学定量技术检测透析患者的左心功能,探讨长期应用可调钠透析对左心功能的影响。方法:选择30例血液透析患者,按常规血液透析模式(CHD)和可调钠透析模式(PHD)分为两组,分别于实验开始及3个月后检测其心功能。结果:PHD组血透患者3个月后心脏收缩功能的指标射血分数(EF)、峰值射血率(PER)明显增加,而CHD组各心功能指标无明显变化。3个月前后两组之间左心功能无明显差别。结论:长期应用可调钠透析可较快地改善左心功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of sodium profile hemodialysis on left ventricular function with acoustic quantification technique. Method 30 patients were divided into 2 groups by random: conventional hemodialysis(CHD) group(n=15) and profile hemodialysis(PHD)group(n=15).All the patients' left ventricular function were measured before and after there months. Results The indices of left ventricular systolic function EF?PER were improved siginificantly after three months of PHD,whereas in CHD group,there were no obvious changes in left ventricular function. There were no siginificant distinction between two groups before and after three months. Conclusion A long time PHD can improve patients' left ventricular function quickly.
