| 摘 要： | 目的研究BALB/c小鼠子宫内膜异位症模型的建立及异位病灶形态学的动态变化规律。方法采用组织块腹腔注射法对110只BALB/c小鼠行建模手术,在术后第1、2、3、4、5、6、9、12、15、18、21天的11个观察日里,每次观察10只小鼠,了解病灶的生长情况并进行组织学的光镜和电镜观察。结果建模术后第2天开始出现病灶,第6天病灶都是红色,第9天开始出现粘连带,第15天后大部分病灶呈透亮的小囊泡。第4天的建模成功率为90%(9/10),与第21天的建模成功率无显著性差异(P=1.000)。第4天异位灶的重量(51.5±4.7)mg与第21天(68.9±7.2)mg无显著性差异(P0.05)。光镜下见子宫内膜上皮细胞和间质细胞,电镜下见细胞间完整的紧密连接,表面微绒毛。结论组织块腹腔注射法可成功构建BALB/c小鼠子宫内膜异位症模型,术后不同时间内异位灶的形态学呈现特定的变化规律。
