| 摘 要： | N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)是目前研究最为深入的兴奋性氨基酸受体之一,其兴奋性在生理及病状态下都具有重要临床意义。已有研究表明NMDAR对诱发和维持疼痛状态中的中枢敏感性及疼痛记忆意识具有重要作用,研究发现在许多环节上可调控NMDAR。如何选择NMDA的调控与理想疼痛治疗效果是研究的重要课题,本文就NMDAR及其调控在麻醉镇痛中的研究进展进行综述。
