早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中后精神障碍的临床研究

目的探讨康复治疗对防止脑卒中后精神障碍的效果。方法将120例脑卒中患者分成康复组和对照组各60例,进行6月的对照研究。2组均釆用相同的内科治疗,同时康复组还采用康复治疗和心理治疗。使用日常生活活动能力评定量表(Barthel指数)和简明精神病量表(BPRS)评定康复治疗的效果。结果康复组Barthel指数在第3月及第6月评定时明显高于对照组,BPRS评分明显低于对照组。康复组有8.8%、对照组有26.2%被诊断为精神障碍,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗对防止脑卒中后精神障碍的发生具有积极作用。

Clinical study on the effects of early rehabilitation therapy on mental disorder after stroke

Objective To explore the effects of early rehabilitation therapy in preventing the mental disorder after stroke. Methods 120 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into the early rehabilitation group(n=60) and the control group (n=60). Both of them were enrolled into a control study for 6 months. The early rehabilitation group received systematic rehabilitation training and mental treatment. All of them received routine treatment in department of neurology. Barthel index and BPRS scores were used to evaluate the effects of early rehabilitation. Results The evaluation scores of Barthel index in early rehabilitation group were obviously superior to those in the control group in the 3rd and 6th month, while the BPRS scores were lower. 8.8% of patients in early rehabilitation group and 26.2% of control group were diagnosed as mental disorder. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusions Early rehabilitation training could obviously, safely prevent the mental disorder after stroke.
