一氧化氮和氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白水平在乙醇中毒时的变化及其临床意义

目的　探讨乙醇中毒患者血清一氧化氮 (NO)和血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (ox LDL)的水平及其临床意义。方法　采用Griess法和ELISA法分别测定了 32例乙醇中毒患者血清中NO和血浆中ox LDL的水平,并与 40名健康对照组进行对比分析。结果　乙醇中毒组血清NO和血浆ox LDL水平分别为 (0. 49±0. 18 )μmol/L和 (0. 40±0. 12 )mg/L,其中NO水平比健康对照组 ( 0. 65±0. 20 )μmol/L明显降低 (P<0. 01 ),而ox LDL水平比正常对照组 (0. 34±0. 11 )mg/L明显升高 (P<0. 01 )。结论　NO和ox LDL可作为乙醇中毒并发动脉粥样硬化的监测指标。对乙醇中毒患者采用抗氧化剂治疗,有可能是防止乙醇中毒并发心脑血管事件及进一步损伤肝细胞和胃黏膜的一条有效途径。

The Changes of Serum or Plasma Level of Nitric Oxide and Oxidatively Modified Low-density Lipoprotein and Their Clinical Significance in the Patients with Alcoholism

Objective To explore the level of serum nitric oxide (NO) and oxidatively modified low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) in the patients with alcoholism and their clinical significance. Methods Thirty-two cases with alcoholism and 40 healthy controls were studied for NO by spectrophotometry, and for ox-LDL by enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay (ELISA). Results Serum NO level was (0.49±0.18)μmol/L in the patients with alcoholism, lower than in the control group (0.65±0.20)μmol/L (P<0.01=. The plasma ox-LDL level in patients with alcoholism was (0.40±0.12)mg/L, much higher than in the control group (0.34±0.11)mg/L (P<0.01).Conclusion NO and ox-LDL, as the causes leading to atherosclerosis in alcoholism, may be the predictive markers. The anti-oxidizing agent treatment for the alcoholism patients may be an effective way to preventing alcoholism complications, such as cardio-encephalic-vascular stroke, the injury of liver cells and stomach mucous membrane, etc.
