| 摘 要： | 目的：研究分化抑制因子-1（inhibitors of differentiation，Idl）在白血病白细胞中的表达，探讨其与急性非淋巴细胞和慢性粒细胞白血病发病的相关性，为白血病的诊断、治疗提供参考。方法：应用1KT—PCR方法，检测Idl在健康志愿者、急性非淋巴细胞白血病、慢性粒细胞白血病白细胞中的表达情况。结果：与健康自愿者相比，Idl基因在急性非淋巴细胞和慢性粒细胞白血病患者外周血白细胞中的表达均降低，有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而后两者比较无统计学意义。结论：Idl在白血病细胞中的表达明显降低，与白血病的发病有一定相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of Id1 gene in leukemic leukocyte,and determine its relationship with the pathogenesis of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL) and chronic myelocytic leukemia(CML) ,so as to provide some clues to their diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.Methods:The expression of Id1 mRNA was examined by RT-PCR.Results:The expression of Id1 gene in ANLL and CML were much lower than that in healthy volunteers(P<0.05) .Conclusion:The alterations of Id1 gene expression level are probably related to the onset of ANLL and CML. |
