瘢痕疙瘩不同部位PCNA的表达及其意义

目的　分析瘢痕疙瘩浸润部、增生部和老化部PCNA指数差异以探讨瘢痕疙瘩呈浸润性生长的机理。方法　取手术切除的瘢痕疙瘩组织及正常皮肤各 10例为标本 ,对 10例瘢痕疙瘩组织和正常皮肤行增殖细胞核抗原免疫组织化学染色 ,比较瘢痕疙瘩不同病理部位和正常皮肤PCNA指数差异。结果　瘢痕疙瘩浸润部PCNA指数明显高于增生部、老化部和正常皮肤 ,差异具有统计学意义 (q≥ 4 0 5 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,瘢痕疙瘩增生部PCNA指数明显高于老化部和正常皮肤 ,差异具有统计学意义 (q≥ 4 12 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,而后两者间差异无显著意义。结论　瘢痕疙瘩不同部位PCNA指数的差异可能是导致瘢痕疙瘩呈浸润性生长的机理之一。

Expression and Significance of PCNA in Different Parts of Keloid

Objective To analyze proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) index in invasive, proliferative,aged parts of keloid to explore the mechanism of keloid invasive growth characteristics. Methods PCNA in 10 cases of keloid and 10 cases of normal skin was detected by immunohistochemical staining, and the PCNA index of different parts in keloid and normal skin was compared. Results The PCNA index of invasive part in keloid was obviously higher than that of proliferative,aged parts of keloid and normal skin (P<0.05), the PCNA index of proliferative part in keloid was also significantly higher than that of aged parts in keloid and normal skin (P<0.05), but there was no siginficant difference in PCNA index between the aged part of keloid and the normal skin. Conclusion The difference of PCNA index in the different parts of keloid may be one of reasons for the invasive growth of keloid.
