| 摘 要： | 本实验以大鼠为实验对象，用去氧胆酸钠诱发急性胰腺炎，观察了急性胰腺炎时胰腺的组织学变化及茵陈蒿汤的影响。结果显示：大鼠于诱发急性胰腺炎早期，胰腺组织出现严重的出血、坏死及大量的炎细胞浸润，胰腺细胞的线粒体肿胀，嵴消失，初级溶酶体增多，内质网排列不整齐，囊泡状扩张，脱颗粒，酶原颗粒少而小。用茵陈蒿汤治疗后其组织学观察胰腺病变很轻，表明茵陈蒿汤对胰腺本身的结构具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Acute pancreatitis(AP)was induced in rats with sodium deoxy-cholate.The effects of YCHT on the hisopathologic changes of panceas were observed in the early stage.Results showed there were severe hemorrhage,necrosis and inflammatory infiltration in pancreas.Injured acinar cells with dilated cisternae and degranularation of the ednoplasmic reticulum and swollen mitochondria were found,while the zymogen granule decreased and the autophagic vacuoles increased.YCHT could reduce the pancreatic injury.It demenstrated thatYCHT had protective effects on the pancreatic structure in rats with AP. |
