220例海洛因依赖者甲襞微循环的观察

本文观察220例海洛因依赖者的甲壁微循环,结果表明观察组管袢形态、血液流态、袢周状态的分值及其总积分值高于正常对照组,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);管袢形态、血液流态和袢周状态的分值及其总积分值与海洛因滥用时间呈正相关,不同的滥用期有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果提示:滥用海洛因导致微循环功能的障碍。

OBSERVATION OF NAILFOLD MICROCIRCULATION IN 220 HEROIN ADDICTS

The nailfold microcirculation states of 220 heroin addicts were reported in the paper.The results showed that the scores and total multiple scores of vascular shape)VS),blood flow pattern)BFP)and vascular surrounding states)VSS)of heroin addicts were much higher than those of the normal control group)P<0.01).The scores and total multiple scores of VS,BFP,and VSS were positively related to abusing time.There was significant difference among the abusers with different lengths of abusing time)P<0.05).The results suggested that microcirculation stasis could be caused by heroin abuse.
