肺结核患者血清SIL-2R和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的相关性探讨

目的：探讨了血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体（SIL-2R）和T淋巴细胞亚群在肺结核病感染中的作用。方法：应用酶联免疫双抗体夹心（ELISA）法和单克隆抗体法对40例肺结核病患者进行了血清SIL-2R和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的测定,并与30名正常健康人作比较。结果：肺结核病患者血清SIL-2R水平非常显著地高于正常组（P〈0.01）,至恢复期虽然血清SIL-2R水平有所下降,但与正常人比较仍有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,SIL-2R水平与外周血T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4/CD8细胞比值呈负相关。结论：检测肺结核病患者血清SIL-2R和T淋巴细胞亚群水平可以作为患者病情变化、预后判断的重要检测指标。

Study on the Relationship Between Serum SIL-2R Concentration and Peripheral T- Lymphocyte Subset Distribution Type in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the correlationship between of serum SIL-2R concentration and peripheral T lymphocyte subset distribution type in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Serum SIL-2R levels(with ELISA) and peripheral T-lymphocyte subset distribution type(with monoclonal antibody technique) were determined in 40 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 30 controls.Results Serum SIL-2R levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01).The serum levels dropped during convalescence,but still remained significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.05).Serum SIL-2R levels were negatively correlated with CD4/CD8 ratio.Conclusion Determination of serum SIL-2R concentration and peripheral T-lymphocyte subset distribution type might be of important prognostic values in patients with tuberculosis.
