包虫病常规辅助检查的诊断价值

目的探讨包虫病的常规B超、包虫囊液皮内试验(Casoni试验)、嗜酸性粒细胞计数检查的临床应用价值。方法68例经手术病理证实的包虫病,经常规B超、Casoni试验、嗜酸性粒细胞计数检查,综合分析各辅助检查结果和诊断,并与手术病理结果进行对照。结果B超显示包膜完整的囊性包块68例,诊断为包虫病的66例;Casoni试验68例,阳性58例,阴性10例;嗜酸性粒细胞计数68例,高于正常值26例,正常值42例。结论B超和Casoni试验是诊断包虫病的重要辅助检查,B超在对包虫病的定位、定数、定性上有独特和可靠的意义,Casoni试验对包虫病的定性诊断有较高的特异性,嗜酸性粒细胞计数对包虫病的诊断价值不大。

THE DIAGNOSIS VALUE OF ROUTINE HYDATID DISEASE GRANULOSUS SUPPLEMENTARY

Objective To explor the clinical applied value of B model ultrasonic wave,Casoni experiment,eosinophic,E test.Methods 68 patients who have been proved by operation pathology were tested by routine B model ultrasonic wave,casoni experiment and eosinophic countable exam.Summing-up analysis every kind of supplementary test's results and diagnosis and compared with the result of operation pathology.Results The B model ultrasonic wave showed that the wrapping lump whose cell membrance was intergrated,the number of which was 68.The wrapping lump was diagnosed the illness as hydatid disease whose number was 66.Casoni experiment tested 68 cases,58 ghowed positive,10 showed negative.The countable eosinophic,E was 68.There were 26 cases which were higher than the normal value,the others were normal.Conclusion The B model ultrasonic wave and casonic experiment are the important supplementary tests of hydatid diseast diagnosis.To the hydatid disease,the B model ultrasonic wave has its unique and reliable significance,which can fix position,fix number and determine the number.To the hydatid disease,casoni determin the nature which has fairly high distinction.The countable eosinophic.E has little value about the hydatid disease diagnosis.
