| 摘 要： | 目的：了解青年脑梗死的病因；方法：对我院6年来86例年龄15～45岁的脑梗死患者的资料病因进行回顾性分析；结果：86例脑梗死的病因依次为动脉粥样硬化，心脏疾病，颅脑外伤、非粥样硬化性血管病等；结论：可干预性的病因的防治将是预防青年脑梗死疾病的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the etiology of cerebral infarction in young. Method: Retrospectively analysed the 86 cases with cerebral infarction whose age is 15-45 years old in recent 6 years. Results: The etiology of cerebral infraction in 86 cases are the atherosclerosis, the cardiac diseases, the craniocerebral trauma , the non-atherosclerosis vessel diseases, and so on. Conclusions: The preventions to etiology should be the good method to cerebral infarction in young. |
