摘    要:心肌细胞内大量Ca~(2+)聚集是心肌缺血及再灌注损伤的共同途径,是造成细胞不可逆性损伤的主要原因。钙调蛋白(CaM)和环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)均可通过增强肌浆网(SR)的Ca~(2+)摄取及加强肌膜的Ca~(2+)内流等方式调节

Abstract:This study was performed on rabbits to examine the changes of calmodulin (CAM) and cAMP in the myocardium during ischemia and reperfusion by radioimmunoassy method. The result showed the levels of CaM and cAMP increased at 20 min of ischemia. Both of them were unchanged at 40min of ischemia as compared with the changes at 20 min. The situation was different during reperfusion at different time of ischemia. On the basis of 20 min ischemia, reperfu sion for 10 min decreased the content of CaM, but the content of cAMP was increased, whereas on the basis of 40 min ischemia, reperfusion induced opposite changes: CaM increased, cAMP decreased.
