| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨静脉套管针配合高压注射器用于儿童螺旋CT增强扫描中应用的效果.方法:对216例应用套管针和214例应用带翼头皮针配合高压注射器进行螺旋CT扫描中造影剂外渗情况、检查前重新穿刺等情况进行比较.结果:使用静脉套管针配合高压注射器进行螺旋CT扫描发生造影剂外渗率明显低于使用带翼头皮针,且检查前重新穿刺率为0.结论:高压注射器用于儿童螺旋CT增强扫描时,使用静脉套管针穿刺应为首选.
