| 摘 要： | 目的探讨居民对社区卫生服务的认知程度与社区卫生服务利用之间的关系和影响因素方法通过现场调查收集相关数据，采用Spearman秩相关和单因素等方法进行分析。结果研究表明居民对社区卫生服务的知晓度为64．80％，Spearman秩相关分析发现随着居民对社区卫生服务的功能认识越全面，其利用程度越高；因素分析表明，社会经济状况、人口学特征、布局、疾病因素、地域等因素对社区卫生服务利用都存在一定程度的影响。结论提示管理者要改善社区卫生服务利用程度，对人群进行有效的宣传是非常必要的，同时要改善社区卫生服务的可及性和方便程度。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explores the relationship between population acquaintance and utilization of community health service and its influential factors.Methods The data were collected by field investigation and were analyzed by Spearman rank correlation and mono-factor analysis.Results The result shows the rate of population acquaintance on CHS is 64.8%.Spearman rank correlation shows the more population know the function of CHS,the higher the rate of utilization of CHS;factor analysis shows social economics,character of population,layout of CHS,disease and zone all have influence on utilization of CHS.Conclusion If managers need to improve utilization of CHS,it is necessary to propagandize CHS to community residents,at the same time,to improve accessibility and convenience of CHS. |
