| 摘 要： | 将70例全身麻醉腹部手术病人按手术时间长短分成两组,对术后各项康复指标进行细化观察和对照,明确了长时间手术对术后的呼吸、消化、生理反应以及自主活动(功能)恢复等方面所产生的不良影响.由此,在加速麻醉药物的排泄、改善呼吸功能、促进胃肠功能、加强舒适护理方面积极采取了一系列对应措施,全面提高了全身麻醉腹部手术病人的康复质量.

| Abstract: | A total of 70 patients undergoing abdominal operation under general anesthesia were divided into two groups based on their operation duration.Through observing and comparing every postoperative rehabilitation indexes in detail,the adverse influence of long duration operation on postoperative respiration,digestion,physiologic reaction and autonomic activities(functions)recovery were identified.Therefore,rehabilitation quality of patients after undergoing abdominal operation under general anesthesia were enhanced by actively taking a series of coping measures such as speeding up the excretion of anesthetics,improving respiratory function and gastrointestinal function,and strengthening comfort nursing care. |
