集体心理干预对青少年口腔正畸患者疗效影响的研究

目的:探讨采用集体心理干预措施对青少年口腔正畸患者治疗效果的影响.方法:收集2008年7月～2011年7月在口腔科门诊就诊的错(牙合)畸形青少年患者116例,随机分为干预组和对照组,均采用标准直丝弓技术进行矫治,对干预组施以与家长交流、正畸认知宣教、鼓励疗法、暗示疗法等心理干预措施.观察记录各组患者复诊情况、口腔卫生情况、配合积极人数、矫治器损坏情况、疗程≤18个月的人数和复发病例等.结果:干预组基本都取得满意的疗效,无放弃治疗患者,口腔卫生状况、积极配合、矫治器损坏、治疗时间、复发等方面均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:集体心理干预措施可明显提高青少年患者正畸治疗的效果.

Influence of collective psychological intervention on curative effect of juvenile patients receiving orthodontic treatment

Objective To study the influence of collective psychologival intervention on curative effect of orthodontic juvenile patients receiving orthodontic treatment.Methods Divide 116 juvenile patients receiving orthodontic treatment into two groups:coached group and comparison group.Each group had 58 patients who were all cured with standard straight arch wire technique.To the coached group,a number of approaches were applied,such as communication with patients’ parents,propaganda and education of knowing about orthodontic treatment,ebcouragement therapy,suggestion therapy.The condition of broken appliance,the condition of registration for subsequent visit,hygienic condition of the oral cavity and treating time were recorded and analyzed.Results Patients from coached group behave conspicuously better in self-discipline,self-consciousness,initiation,treatment time and attitude than patients from comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion Collective psychological intervention has greatly improved the curative effect of orthodontic juvenile patients.
