| 摘 要： | 代谢综合征(MS)是多种代谢成分异常聚集的病理状态,目前全世界MS的患病率在不断增加。对MS与糖尿病及心血管疾病的关系已经进行了深入研究,其与慢性肾脏病的关系也越来越受到人们的重视。本文就MS中的各个组分对肾功能的损害作用及肾功能损害对MS产生的影响进行综述。

| Abstract: | Metabolic syndrome(MS) is a pathological condition of abnormal accumulation of various metabolic compositions.The prevalence of MS is increasing worldwide.The associations between MS and type 2 diabetes/cardiovascular diseases have been well recognized.Emerging evidences have also documented its association with chronic kidney disease.This article reviews the impacts of different compositions of MS on kidney and the effect of injured renal function,in return,on MS. |
