结肠癌完整结肠系膜切除研究进展

完整结肠系膜切除借鉴于全直肠系膜切除(TME)理论,从胚胎发育解剖学角度指导手术,可增加清扫淋巴结的数量,不增加术后并发症发生率,可改善预后,降低局部复发率。完整结肠系膜切除的提出是对结肠癌手术理念的一种革新,有可能成为一种新的规范化手术。为了解近年来在结肠癌手术治疗中提出的完整结肠系膜切除术研究进展,指导临床工作,本研究收集国内、外有关结肠癌完整结肠系膜切除的临床和基础研究文献进行综述。

Research Status of Application of Complete Mesocolic Excision in Treating Colon Cancer

Referring to the theory of total mesorectal excision(TME),complete mesocolic excision(CME)guided the operation from embryonic development anatomy angle,which could increase the number of lymph node eliminated without increasing the risk of complications,and at the same time it could improve prognosis and lower local recurrence rates.The concept of CME being used in colon cancer operation was a kind of innovation.The technique may become a new standardized surgery.To learn about the research progress of the application of complete mesocolic excision(CME) put forward recently in colon cancer operation and its clinical guidance,this paper collected and reviewed both domestic and overseas literatures on clinical application and basic research about CME.
