2004-2008年院内深部真菌感染的菌群分布与变迁情况

目的了解宁夏医科大学总医院2004-2008年院内深部真菌感染的菌群分布与变迁情况,探讨本院深部真菌感染的总体情况及变化趋势。方法采用回顾性调查方法,收集2004-2008年在本院住院诊断为院内深部真菌感染的261例患者的临床资料,对检出真菌的标本来源、菌群分布及菌种变迁进行调查和分析。结果 2004-2008年院内深部真菌感染的菌种以白假丝酵母菌所占比例最高,为51.02%;但白假丝酵母菌的比例由2004年的69.56%下降为2008年的43.16%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.171,P=0.023);检出的499株真菌中,痰标本所占的比例最高,平均为33.87%。结论 2004-2008年本院院内深部真菌感染菌群分布已经发生了变迁,非白假丝酵母菌感染正在取代白假丝酵母菌感染,深部真菌感染的部位以呼吸道和泌尿道为主。

Pathogenic Fungi Distribution and Diversify Information Deep Nosocomial Fungal Infections from 2004 to 2008

Objective To explore the pathogenic fungi distribution and diversify information of deep nosocomial fungal infection in Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from 2004 to 2008.Methods The clinical data of inpatients with deep nosocomial fungal infection in Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from 2004 to 2008 were retrospectively investigated and analyzed,mainly on the source of fungal specimens,the species and changes of speciments.Results The main pathogens of deep nosocomial fungal infection were candida albicans,the proportion was 51.02%,but the proportion of candida albicans had fallen from 69.56% to 43.16%(χ2=5.171,P=0.023<0.05).The proportion of sputum specimen was 33.87% which was the highest in the 499 plants fungi.Conclusion The distribution of deep nosocomial fungal infection has changed from 2004 to 2008,non-Candida albicans is going to replace candida albicans,deep nosocomial fungal infection occurred mainly in respiratory tract and urinary tract.
