摘    要:目的评价"以病例为中心、问题为基础、社区为导向"医学本科生全科医学课程教学模式(CPC教学模式)的教学效果。方法通过测试法和问卷调查法,分析评价CPC教学模式的教学效果和学生的反馈意见与建议。结果 80%及以上的学生认为CPC教学模式在激发学习兴趣、加深对全科医学和社区卫生服务的理解、提高解决实际问题能力和批判性思维能力方面的帮助很大或帮助较大。对教师理论课表现评分为94.75分(满分100分),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。83.7%的学生认为社区基地实习有助于加深对全科医学和社区卫生服务的理解。CPC教学模式提高了学生自学时间、学习成绩和学生毕业后从事全科医学的可能性。结论 CPC教学模式有效地提高了教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the case-centered,problem-based and community-oriented curriculum teaching model(CPC teaching model) in General Practice.Methods A case-centered,problem-based and community-oriented teaching model was established based on the teaching objectives and needs.Tests and questionnaires were used to evaluate the effect of the CPC teaching model.Results 80% and above of students believed that CPC teaching model was helpful in stimulating the interest in learning,deepening the understanding of general practice and community health services,as well as improving problem solving ability and critical thinking ability.The score of teachers′ performance in theory courses was significantly higher in CPC teaching model group(94.75) than in the control group(P<0.05).83.7% of the students believed that the community-based internship was helpful in deepening the understanding of general practice and community health services.CPC teaching model increased the self-study time,enhanced the academic performance and increased the likelihood of students specializing in general practice after graduation.Conclusion CPC teaching model improved the teaching effect significantly.
