江西省城市社区卫生服务中心人力资源配置研究

目的了解江西省城市社区卫生服务中心的人力资源现况,预测江西省城市社区卫生服务中心的人力资源配置。方法以江西省131家城市社区卫生服务中心为研究对象,采取现况调查方法收集数据,采用卫生服务需求法进行预测。结果 131家城市社区卫生服务中心共有职工总数为4 765人,其中卫生技术人员数为3 968人,占83.27%;每千人口执业(助理)医生数为0.32人;每千人口注册护士人数为0.28人。采用卫生服务需求法进行预测得出,131家城市社区卫生服务中心需要门诊医生数为1 905人,公卫医生数为164人,护士数为2 069人,各类人员总数为5 690人。结论目前江西省城市社区卫生服务中心的人员规模不足,结构不合理;社区卫生服务机构的人员配置应以服务人口为依据。

Human Resources Allocation in Urban Community Health Service Centers in Jiangxi Province

Objective To investigate the status quo and suggest proper allocation of human resources in urban community health service(CHS) centers in Jiangxi Province.Methods A cross-sectional survey on 131 urban CHS centers in Jiangxi Province was conducted to collect data and prediction was made based on health service demand.Results In the 131 urban CHS centers,there were 3 968 medical staff,accounting for 83.27% of the total 4 765 employees.The number of practicing(assistant) doctors and registered nurses per thousand population was 0.32 and 0.28,respectively.According to the health service demand,1 905 outpatient doctors,164 public health doctors,2 069 nurses,and altogether 5 690 employees were needed for the 131 urban CHS centers.Conclusion The urban CHS centers in Jiangxi Province are currently understaffed and lack proportionate human resources structure.The human resources allocation in CHS organizations should be based on the population being served.
