八珍颗粒联合左旋维生素C面膜治疗女性黄褐斑疗效观察

目的:观察八珍颗粒联合左旋维生素C面膜治疗女性黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:采用八珍颗粒口服,结合左旋维生素C面膜治疗本病,并设对照组,口服维生素C、E,外用氢醌乳膏对比,3个月后对其疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率85.1%,对照组为52.8%,两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:八珍颗粒联合左旋维生素C面膜治疗女性黄褐斑临床疗效显著。

Clinical study on efficacy of Bazhen particle combined with L-ascorbic acid mask in the treatment of female chloasma

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bazhen particle combined with L-ascorbic acid mask in the treatment of female chloasma.Methods Compare the treatment group of people who take Bazhen particles and use L-ascorbic acid mask together with the control group of people(who take administration of vitamin C,E and topically use hydroquinone cream).And check the result after 3 months treatment.Results The total effective rate of theTreatment group was 85.1%,and the control group was 52.8%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It is efficient that to take Bazhen particle and use L-ascorbic acid mask together for treatment of female chloasma.
