SF-36应用于广东省公务员人群与健康相关的生存质量调查的信度和效度研究

目的研究应用SF-36评价广东省公务员与健康有关的生存质量状况的信度和效度。方法应用SF-36对2 805名广东省公务员进行测试。结果 SF-36的Cronbach’sα系数为0.937。SF-36的两个分半量表的Spearman-Brown分半信度为0.821。SF-36各条目分与其所在维度分的相关性均较大,而与其他维度分的相关性较小;各维度分与其所在子量表分的相关系数较大,而与其他子量表的相关系数较小。因子分析得到的9个因子与SF-36的理论构想基本一致。SF-36总分以及两个子量表分与其条目分均存在密切关联。结论应用SF-36测量广东省公务员与健康有关的生存质量状况,具有较好的信度和效度。

Reliability and Validity of SF-36 in Health-Related Quality of Life Survey Among Civil Servants of Guangdong Province

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the SF-36 in health-related life quality survey among civil servants of Guangdong province.Methods SF-36 was used to conduct the survey among 2 805 civil servants of Guangdong Province.Results Cronbach′s α coefficient of SF-36 was 0.937and Spearman-Brown split-half reliability was 0.821.There was a close correlation between each item score and its dimension score,but a low correlation between a particular item score and other dimension scores.The dimension score was significantly correlated to its subscale scores,but poorly correlated to other subscale scores.The nine factors obtained from factor analysis were basically consistent with the theoretical conception of SF-36.SF-36 total score and the two subscale scores were all closely correlated to the item scores.Conclusion SF-36 is a reliable and valid measurement scale for health-related life quality survey among civil servants of Guangdong province.
