| 摘 要： | 目的:运用循证护理的实践程序,探讨乳房缩小术患者术前不剃毛备皮的可行性.方法:将50例(100侧)行乳房缩小术患者分为剃毛备皮组和不剃毛备皮组,拆线时评价两组切口感染率有无差异.结果:不剃毛备皮组患者无切口感染发生.结论:乳房缩小术患者术前不剃毛备皮可行.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility of non-shave skin preparation preoperatively in patient undergone reduction mammaplasty with evidence-based nursing.Methods Fifty patients were divided into shave skin preparation group and non-shave skin preparation group,and infection was evaluated after suture out.Results There was no infection in patients in non-shave skin preparation group.Conclusion Non-shave skin preparation preoperatively is feasible in patient undergone reduction mammaplasty. |
