他汀类药物治疗2型糖尿病患者高脂血症的成本-效果分析

目的研究他汀类药物在治疗2型糖尿病患者高脂血症的疗效和成本，找出一种费用较低、效果显著的治疗方案。方法将收治的168例2型糖尿病高脂血症患者随机分为为A（氟伐他汀）、B（洛伐他汀）、c（普伐他汀）、D（辛伐他汀）4组，比较各组疗效，并进行成本-效果分析。结果A、B、c、D组疗效分别为85．71％、88．10％、83．33％、90．48％（P〉0．05），成本-效果比分别为166．58、95．77、163．16、84．90。结论辛伐他汀具有最低的单位效果成本，值得临床上应用。

Cost-effectiveness analysis on statins in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with hyperlipoidemia

Objective To analysies the cost-effectiveness on statins in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with hyperlipoidemia and find out a low-cost and effective treatment scheme. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight type 2 diabetes patients with hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into 4 groups, Group A received fluvastatin, Group B received lovastatin, Group C received provastatin and Group D received simvastatin. The therapeutic effects and cost-effectiveness were compared in 4 groups. Results The effective rates of Groups A, B, C and D were 85.71% ,88. 10% ,83. 33% ,90. 48% , respectively （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , the cost-effectiveness ratios were 166.58,95.77, 163.16,84. 90 respectively. Conclusion Simvastatin is the optimal treatment for type 2 diabetes patients with hyperlipoidemia.
