健康教育干预防治儿童特应性皮炎的研究

摘    要:目的探讨健康教育对儿童特应性皮炎的干预治疗效果,为提高特应性皮炎的疗效提供依据。方法将91例特应性皮炎患儿随机分2组,在常规治疗基础上,实验组给予连续性健康教育干预,对照组不干预,追踪2年,然后进行疗效评价。结果(1)2岁年龄段实验组总有效率为57.14%,对照组总有效率为50%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。(2)3岁年龄段实验组总有效率为83.78%,对照组总有效率58.82%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。(3)2岁和3岁年龄段实验组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),对照组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论开展连续性健康教育有助于提高儿童特应性皮炎的疗效。

Research on effect of health education in treating atopic dermatitis

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of health education in treating atopic dermatitis, in order to providing the basis for improving atopic dermatitis. Methods Ninety-one 1-year-old patients with atopic dermatitis were divided into 2 groups including experimental and reference group which are given conventional treatment, and experimental group was added to be intervened with health education, tracking the two group patients for two years and then evaluating the effect of treatment. Results ( 1 ) Total treatment efficiency of 2-year-old experimental group was 57. 14% which had no significant difference compared with reference group whose total treatment efficiency was 50% (P 〉 0. 05). (2)Total treatment efficiency of 3-year-old experimental group was 83.78% which higher significantly than reference group whose total treatment efficiency was 58.82% (P 〈 0. 05 ). (3)Total treatment efficiency had significant difference between 2-year-old and 3-year-old experimemal groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ), however, there was no significant difference when compared with corresponding two reference groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Carrying out continuous health education to atopic dermatitis patients can help to improve treatment.
