直肠前突诊治进展

直肠前突是引起女性肛肠出口梗阻、便秘的主要原因,由于此病药物治疗效果较差,国内肛肠界在各家争鸣的同时,开展了经直肠、阴道、会阴等手术治疗,并取得一定疗效,本文着重归纳各种手术治疗方式,力图通过前人的经验总结出较好的手术方法,使直肠前突的治愈率提高,并发症减少,复发率降低。
