小针刀结合复方红花注射液穴位注射治疗第三腰椎横突综合征52例

目的观察小针刀结合复方红花注射液穴位注射治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法采用小针刀结合复方红花注射液穴位注射的方法共治疗第三腰椎横突综合征患者52例,治疗3周后进行疗效统计。结果本组52例中,临床痊愈17例,显效28例,有效7例,总有效率100%。结论小针刀结合红花注射液穴位注射能改善第三腰椎横突综合征的临床症状与体征,值得临床推广应用。

Used small needle-knife therapy combined acupoint injection with the compound safflower injection in the treatment of 52 patients with the third lumbar vertebrl transverse process syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect of small needle-knife therapy combined acupoint injection with the compound safflower injection in the treamaent of the third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome. Methods Fifty - two patients with the third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome were treated with small needle-knife therapy combined acupoin tinjection with the compound safflower injection.Then, the therapeutic elects were evaluated after 3 weeks . Results There were 17 patients showed clinical cure , 28 significant effect, 7 effective effect and no patient showed inefficiency with the general efficient rate of 100 %. Conclusion Small needle-knife therapy combined acupoint injection with the compound safflower injection is signifi- cantly effective to improve manifestations of the third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome and is worth using in clinic.
