红花注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛36例临床观察

目的 :观察红花注射液治疗心绞痛 ( AP)的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 6例 AP患者随机分为两组。治疗组 36例在对照组 30例西药常规治疗的基础上 ,加用红花注射液 2 0 m L/ d静滴 ,2周后观察两组疗效。结果 :治疗组在缓解心绞痛总有效率 ( 83.3% )、改善异常心电图 ( 77.8% )及血液流变学指标( 6 0 % )等方面均优于对照组 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :西药加用红花注射液治疗 AP疗效优于常规西药治疗。

Clinical observation of safflower injection on 36 angina pectoris patients

Objective: It is to observe the clinical curative effects of safflower injection on angina pectoris. Methods: Sixty-six angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-six cases were in treatment group and thirty cases were in control group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy of western medicine. Based on the therapy of control group, safflower injection 20mL intravenous drip once a day was added in treatment group. After two weeks the effects of the two groups were observed. Results: In treatment group, the total effective rate (83.8%), the improvements of abnormal electrocardiogram (75%) and blood rheology target (60%) were superior to those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effects of conventional therapy of western medicine added with safflower injection in treating angina pectoris were better than those of only conventional therapy of western medicine.
