摘    要:目的 探讨可吸收螺钉髓内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效.方法 对12例17处掌指骨骨折,应用可吸收螺钉髓内固定治疗,辅以早期康复锻炼.结果 伤口均一期愈合,术后随访6~12个月,所有病例骨折对位良好,达骨性愈合,无非特异性炎症反应表现.X线片显示骨折愈合时间为4~8周,平均6周.按手外科功能评定标准:优14指,良1指,中2指,优良率88.2%.结论 可吸收螺钉髓内固定治疗掌指骨骨折是一种有效的治疗方法,固定效果确切,生物相容性好,对人体无不良反应.不影响骨折的愈合,免除二次手术取内固定物的痛苦.选择合适的手术适应证、熟练的手术技巧、适时的早期功能锻练,是取得良好疗效的关键.

Abstract:Objective To study the outcome of intramedullary fixation with abso-rable screw for treatment of the metacar-pal and phalanx fracture. Methods 17 metacarpal and phalanx fractures of 12 cases were treated by using intramedullary fixation with absorable screws. Earlier postoperative rehabilitation was carried out. Results Healing by first intention was found in 12 cases. The follow-up period was from 6 months to 12 months, the fractures of all the cases were recovered completely and hadn't non-special infections. According to the criteria by the Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association, the result was excellent in 14, good in 1 and fair in 2 respectively with excellent and good rate in 88. 2%.Conclusions Intramedullary fixation with absorable screw is an effective way for treatment of the metacarpal and phalanx fracture. Absorable screw has definint effect on fixation and good biocompatibiliry, it also hasn't harmful effect on human body and don't affect the fracture healing, and avoid the pain when the patients are second operation for removed of implants. Suitable indication, surgical skill, early exercises are the key ways of obtaining satisfactory results.
