老年脑梗死患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平及相关因素分析

目的研究老年稳定期脑梗死患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及相关因素,为脑梗死的二级预防提供依据。方法检测132例处于临床稳定期的老年脑梗死患者（脑梗死组）与150例健康对照者（对照组）血清hs-CRP与血压、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-c）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-c）、尿酸（UA）、纤维蛋白原（FN）和空腹血糖（FPG）的水平,并运用多元逐步回归分析hs-CRP与其他指标的相关性。结果 2组hs-CRP、UA、FN和收缩压水平间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,并且脑梗死组hs-CRP与FN、UA、FPG有相关性（回归系数分别为0.354、0.234、0.214,P〈0.01）。结论稳定期的老年脑梗死患者较高水平的hs-CRP,FN、UA、FPG是相关的危险因素。

Study on the serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein in elderly patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the content of serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）and risk factors in elderly patients with cerebral infarction at stable stage.Methods 133 elderly patients with cerebral infarction at stable stage and 150 healthy subjects were enrolled in the study.The levels of serum hs-CRP,TG,TC,LDL-c,HDL-c,UA and blood pressure were detected and compared between the two groups.The multiple-element stepwise regression was used to analyze the correlative factors.Results The levels of hs-CRP in elderly patients with cerebral infarction were（4.58±2.08）mg/L,which in control group was（2.52±1.85）mg/L,there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）.The contents of FN,UA and FPG were significantly correlated with those of hs-CRP（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The contents of hs-CRP in senile patients with cerebral infarction are much higher than those of healthy subjects.The FN,UA,FPG and hs-CRP are related risk factors.
