超声在眼科急诊中的应用

目的探讨眼科急诊超声的临床应用价值。方法利用高频探头对58例眼科急诊患者进行超声检查。结果58例眼科急诊患者55例经超声检查对眼科病变及眼球内异物作出准确诊断,仅3例前房积血患者超声诊断无异常。结论超声能准确诊断眼科急诊所致的眼内病变及眼球内异物,简洁直观无创,具有良好的实用价值。

Application of Ultrasound Imaging in Diagnosis of Ophthalmological Emergency Ophthalmological Emergency Treatment

Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound imaging in ophthalmic emergency.Methods High-frequency ultrasound probe was used to scan the intraocular structures in 58 cases of ophthalmic emergency.Results Among 58 ophthalmological emergency cases with intraocular disease and foreign body,accurate diagnoses were drawn in 55 cases with the aid of ultrasound imaging except the 3 cases with hyphema present(without abnormal ultrasonic sign).Conclusions Ultrasound imaging is a tool of choice for intraocular diseases and foreign bodies. The convenience, visualizability and null invasiveness have led to its important role in the diagnosis of ophthalmological emergency.
