| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)快速检测临床疑似真菌性角膜炎(FK)的方法。方法:以源于医学机会性致病性真菌18srDNA保守区的一对寡核苷酸序列B2F(5'-ACTTTCGTAGGATAG-3')和B4R(5'-TGATCGTCTTCGATAAATA-3')为通用引物,对临床疑似FK的标本进行PCR,并与培养进行对比。结果:在687bp处出现DNA扩增带者为阳性。30份临床标本的真菌培养率为23.3%,而经扩增阳性率为50%。结论:真菌通用引物PCR反应检测真菌性角膜溃疡有较好的敏感性和特异性。
